Favorite Bible Verse
Shew! I am so glad to be caught up! I am really loving this blogging challenge. Looking at all of these adorable blogs has really helped to pass the time while I recover from surgery. I hope to make many new blogging friends!
One of my goals, that I forgot to add to my list, is to better learn and understand the Bible. I hope to one day read the Bible from cover to cover.
Here are a few a few of my favorite verses...
"God is able to do immeasurably more than all we could ask or imagine" -Ephesians 3:20
"To everything there is a season, and
a time to every purpose under heaven:
A time to be born, and
a time to die;
a time to plant, and
a time to pluck up
that which is planted;
A time to kill, and
a time to heal;
a time to break down, and
a time to build up;
A time to weep, and
a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and
a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and
a time to gather stones together;
a time to embrace, and
a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to get, and
a time to lose;
a time to keep, and
a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and
a time to sew;
a time to keep silence, and
a time to speak;
A time to love, and
a time to hate;
a time of war; and
a time of peace."
-Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

i'm currently doing a read the Bible through in a year plan (i'm going on a year and a half right now) and i'm in Ecclesiastes - not my favorite book in the Bible.
I love the verse from Ephesians you posted though! :)
That's a great goal. I want to do that too.
Love those verses! Thanks for sharing!
